Ordering Information

All orders must be done via telephone, email, fax, or mail. Currently there is no on-line ordering.

Shipping Information

Most of our orders ship out UPS Ground within one week of receipt of the order. If you need the order rush delivery special arrangements can be made.

Return Policy

We will accept returns for all unworn and defective merchandise. To make a return please follow the below procedure:

Package your merchandise (in the original packaging if possible) and send it to the following address:

1. Include a note in your package stating that the item is a return and why it is being returned. Please write this information on the original packing slip if possible.
2. Once we receive your return we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
3. If you are returning an item because it was not the item you ordered or it was damaged, your entire purchase will be refunded, including shipping and handling.
4. If you are returning an item because the wrong size was ordered, the purchase price will be refunded, but not the shipping and handling. If you would like to return an item in the wrong size and receive it in the correct size, please see our Exchange Policy.

Exchange Policy

Please follow the below procedure to make an exchange:

Package your merchandise (in the original packaging if possible) and send it to the following address:

1. Include a note in your package stating how you would like your merchandise exchanged. For example, “Send me a size large.”
2. Once we receive your package we will process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
3. Be aware that you will be charged the appropriate shipping and handling charges for your exchange.
