Urban Design and Planning

Advocating for implementation of the Anchorage Comprehensive Plan, ACE continues to be a voice for long-term planning, transportation improvements, and quality urban design that will enhance livability and economic development.

ACE is working to influence several major efforts underway, including the ongoing revision of our sign ordinance, an update to the "Title 21" land use planning code, and the creation of town centers in order to develop a more attractive city with clean and safe neighborhoods we can all be proud to call home.
